Act today, prosper tomorrow.

At Futuro, we take our community to new places. Our co-ops can create a future by sharing the talents and labor of our community, so others can have the chance at a more fair, equal, and better-represented tomorrow. Because our people have a lot to offer.

Your skills and benefits, at the center.

We exist to see communities experience mutual shared prosperity. Through our cooperatives, we put workers like you at the center and create opportunities in the Central Coast and beyond. Because financial independence, entrepreneurship, and a fair economy isn’t only a dream, but can be today’s reality.

About Ventures

Ventures partners with rural Latino working-class families in California’s Central Coast to implement transformational programs like Futuro. These programs activate and strengthen their economic and political power. Together, we are working towards a shared and prosperous economic future where zip code, race, gender, or immigration status do not dictate income or wealth.
